Road Projects

The HOA is responsible for maintaining the roadway. The HOA decides on projects based on the deterioration in the road, and the capital to put towards the project. The HOA utilizes Mastec to seal cracks in road ways, whether it be to seal newly poured roads, or older roads that need to be preserved until that roadway can be replaced.
